Several of our contest winners went through orientation last week and some have checked in already. When asked, "how did it go?" each commented on how supportive all of the trainers were and some even speculated that they would do extremely well because of the very positive experience with Pioneer Valley CrossFit!
This week we introduced three more trainers who are making a difference!
Ayn Toppin is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer, CrossFit Gymnastics certified, and a competitive CrossFit athlete. She is a three time North East CrossFit Regional Competitor, former Division 1 soccer player, and certified Bikram Yoga instructor.
Mael Walkowiak is a Level 1 CrossFit trainer and a former Division 1 athlete.
Ari Kasal is a Level 1 CrossFit trainer and is a firefighter for Amherst Fire Department.
Loren Davine, M.Ed., C.A.G.S., is the Executive Director of NoFires, Inc. and a former high school guidance counselor. She is also a full-time mom and the wife of Deputy Chief Jon Davine. Loren has been a member of Pioneer Valley Crossfit since 2008 and offers a unique perspective to our community on family, fitness, and fire safety for juvenile firesetters.
